As
the Divine Circle grants guardianship over all life within the Misty Realms, so is all life
within the Misty Realms given guardianship over the Inner Lands. Upon registering, each
creature is charged with keeping themselves bound to the Mandates of Guardianship—thus
keeping peace and balance within the Misty Realms.
Mandate of Equality: All creatures which pass into the Misty Realms are
equals in the eyes and spirit of the Divine Circle, and should be treated with the respect
that the Divine Circle accords them. Each creature comes to the Misty Realms with preset
notions, ideals, and views on the world around them. We ask that each creature respect the
notions, ideals, and views of others, thus allowing them to express their innermost thoughts
freely and without condemnation. However, if any creature feels that another has overstepped
the boundaries of free thinking and offered up words that are of a non-peaceful nature, please
contact the High Enchantress immediately so that peace may spring forth from the
transgression. For more information on the Mandate of Equality, please view
Thy Creed of Brethren from Thy Book of
Choice.
Mandate of Artistry: Each creature which passes through the Misty Realms
comes with naturally accorded gifts of the eye, the mind, the senses, and the heart-yet these
gifts take on unique and various forms. Each creature posts their work within the Galleries
with great care and an open heart to share their passion with the world. The Divine Circle
thus grants great freedom to the Author, Artist, Poet, and Musician in the nature of their
works. However, should one of our great Creationists post any works of a more delicate nature
(R-Rating or above), we ask that the phrase [SENSITIVE NATURE] be added into the title of the
work, and that the work is done in a tasteful manner. More information can be found on this
in Thy Creed of Nature from Thy Book of
Choice. If the Divine Circle feels the work is upsetting the balance of the elements, they
will exercise their freedom to remove the offending work and restore the balance once more.
Mandate of Creatures: As each creature is unique in body, mind, and spirit,
so shall it be among the Misty Realms. Each user is only allowed one (1) account for the
forum area. If there are multiple users in your household, please notify the High Enchantress
so that she may notate it accordingly. If a user is found to have more than one account,
he/she will have the option of choosing which account gets deleted. More information on this
can be found in Thy Creed of the Accounts
from Thy Book of Choice.
Mandate of Transgressions: Each creature which enters into the Misty Realms is
innocent and pure in the eyes of the Divine Circle. At times that purity can become slightly
discolored as one may accidentally say or do something to upset another user. In a case such
as this, all is brought to the attentions of the High Enchantress who can re-establish the
balance. However, at times there becomes such a disturbance as cannot be re-balanced, even
with the aid of all. This can be attributed to (but is not confined to) postings of
pornography, hate, flaming, real-estate adverts, and severe profanity. If a transgression is
taken to this level, or if the transgressor is found to be a pre-blacklisted account
(Spider/Spammer), the High Enchantress will ban the transgressor, their account, and their IP
address for all eternity. More information on transgressions can be found in
Thy Creed of Naughtiness and
Thy Creed of the Profane from Thy Book of
Choice.
Mandate of Copyrights: As each creature to come to the Misty Realms is
blessed with unique gifts and talents, they also hold within them the gift of respect. Each
creature's works within the Misty Realms falls under the Copyright Laws set down by the great
masters of all universes, and therefore no works shall be taken from the Misty Realms to the
Outer Lands without the expressed, written permission of the Author, Artist, Musician, or
Poet. The same proceeds for bringing works from the Outer Lands into the Misty Realms.
Claiming another's work as your own, or posting another's work without granting the
appropriate credit is expressly forbidden and will not be tolerated. More information on
copyrights can be found in Thy Creed of Destruction & Doom
from Thy Book of Choice.
